What if I get error "Unable to connect to the Internet" when setting up main Halo?
Please unplug other Halo units in the package and only power on the main Halo first.
1. Power off your modem and Halo, and leave them off for 1 minute. Then power them back.
2. Connect a computer to the modem directly, and check if the computer has internet access or not.
If there is no internet access on the computer, it's recommended to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
If you have an old router and it's working when connecting to the modem, please check whether you have chosen the correct internet connection type.
If you are not sure, please contact your ISP to see whether PPPOE or VLAN ID is required.
