What if I cannot connect to Halo default Wi-Fi when setting up main Halo?

Please unplug other Halo units in the package and only power on the main Halo first, then follow the steps below for troubleshooting.

1. Ensure the LED on the Halo is flashing blue. If not, please hold the reset hole for 1s, then wait for 2 minutes till Halo changes from solid yellow to flashing blue.

2. Turn off the Wi-Fi/WLAN on the phone, and turn it back on.

3. Restart your phone or try a different phone if possible.

4. Use a different Halo as the main Halo.
