All clients fail to connect to Halo Wi-Fi
Este artigo se aplica:
1. Enable the Guest network without security to test whether the devices are able to connect to the Guest Network.
2. Ensure you are connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
3. Ensure there are no special characters in the SSID and wireless password, such as space, apostrophe. Remove any spaces at the beginning or end of the SSID to prevent connection issues.
If possible, change the SSID and password with only numbers and letters.
4. Reset your Halo units and set up your Halo network again using the MERCUSYS App.
