How do I turn on or off activity notifications on my mobile device?

MERCUSYS camera utilizes the push notification of your smartphone to inform you of detected activities by the camera. This guide will show you how to turn on or off the activity notifications.

Method 1:

1: Open your MERCUSYS app, tap the “three lines icon” on the top left corner, and then click on “Notifications”. Tap “Camera" part, click on "Management”.

2: Manage the camera that you want to enable or disable the notification function. If you enable “Allow Notifications” on the page, you will receive notifications from this camera.

Method 2:

1. Choose your MERCUSYS camera and click on "Manage” to enter the device card. Then click on the “Settings icon” in the top right corner, and go to the Device Settings page

2. Click on “Notifications”. Enable “Activity Notifications”, and then select “Activity Type” or “Schedule” as your desire.
